I read that article. The accounting creativity involved is absolutely amazing!
Isn't it. One wonders though whether this sorcerer's stone doesn't have any unpleasant side-effects. One of the most obvious ones would be structural rigidity, I assume, with a very limited access to capital markets. But as long as the business goes as it does, that's probably not so much of an issue.
